Watermelon-Mango:

We are excited to announce the release of our new Complete Diet for crested geckos, gargoyle geckos, leachianus, chahoua, day geckos, and all other fruit eating geckos. Using what we learned while formulating the original PFM™ starting back in 2008, and working off of that platform, we have come up with a diet that is both palatable and complete. The Pangea Fruit Mix™ Complete formula was developed and tested here at Pangea on one of the largest collections of geckos in the United States.  We then hired a PhD in animal nutrition to make sure we got it right.

PFM™ Complete Diet uses a combination of fruits that your geckos won't be able to resist. It has been formulated using only the highest quality ingredients, including All Natural Dried Fruits, Whey Protein Isolate, Egg White, Bee Pollen, Spirulina, Probiotics, and more. Our ingredients are selected to contain very low levels of Anti-Nutrients like Oxalates and Phytates. We do not use any seeds, nuts, seed meal, cereal grains or high oxalate fruits or vegetables in our product.

Banana-Apricot:

This Pangea gecko food is formulated to have higher fat and protein content that other versions of PFM while still being extremely palatable to your geckos. The Apricot gecko diet incorporates three complete animal based protein sources.  We use microfiltered, undenatured Micellar Casein as a unique slower digesting protein source.  We top that off with both Whole Egg, and Whey Protein Isolate for an incredibly complete protein combination.

The Banana and Apricot PFM™ crested gecko diet has a high fat content as well.  Great for geckos that won't or don't eat any insects.  The vitamin and mineral content is top notch to keep your geckos healthy, and produces excellent growth, reproduction, and stunning egg quality!

This formula is universally accepted by our entire collection and is a favorite amongst our Crested Geckos, Gargoyle Geckos, and Leachianus!  We have also tested it on Day Geckos and Mourning Geckos with great results.  This formula is less sticky than others, so there is less chance of it adhering to gecko toes or skin. Banana-Papaya:

This formula is very similar to the Watermelon-Mango formula nutritionally speaking but with a higher fat content and a different flavor profile. This formula is a favorite among our crested geckos in and is devoured readily by all of our geckos. Can be alternated with the PFM™ Watermelon Mango or fed exclusively.

With Insects:

Pangea Fruit Mix With Insects, the newest addition to our line up of complete gecko diets.  We set out to create a gecko diet that incorporates insects as one of the main ingredients and generates an enthusiastic feeding response.  I think we have succeeded, in fact I'd say this is our tastiest and most widely accepted formula so far!   The insects we use in the food are North American farm raised and certified Organic. Researched, developed, and tested for two years here at Pangea on one of the largest collections of geckos in the world.

Formulated to contain the lowest levels of oxalates and other anti-nutrients to ensure optimum calcium absorption for strong bones and great egg production.  Our combination of protein sources delivers an amino acid profile second to none!

NOTES:  WATER: Using this mix requires that you provide adequate water at all times.  Higher fiber content in this mix means stools that are very moist.  That water loss needs to be made up for by providing more drinking opportunities to your geckos.  

Mixing:  This is a thicker mix and is usually eaten best when mixed thick like ketchup.  2.5 parts water to 1 part powder.

Generally speaking, most geckos are not going to clean their bowl every time as they may with the lower fat content formulas.
