Custom Stencil Sign - Plastic Stencil

Whether you need a stencil to spray paint various areas or storage units or you want a unique sign with dimension, we can provide the custom stencils for your needs. This plastic stencil is available in 21 colors. Don’t want plastic? We also have stainless steel and titanium available.

Our stencils have specific design requirements. We may need to modify your original size or material to work with the laser process. Plastic provides the least opportunity to create complex stencils. If you have a complicated design, please consider switching to stainless steel or titanium.

Production Style

For this product, we will cut your message and art or logo out of the plastic. If your text or art includes more complicated shapes, your design will be modified so that the interior shapes remain intact. An example of this is the letter “e”. The “e” will have to be modified so that the interior semicircle will be present in the stencil.

Mounting

For this stencil, tape is the included mounting option for smaller sizes. You can upgrade to holes with screws. For further information regarding mounting please check out our Mounting Reference Page.

Placing an Order

After placing your order, you will receive a proof to the email provided during checkout within a business day. The email will contain a link to view your designed product, and information on how to make changes or approve your proof. If you wish to make changes, we will email you a revised proof the next business day.

Once you have approved your proof, most orders will ship 2 business days later. After it has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.
