The Aquatics Department offers a variety of fun and therapeutic exercise classes, recreational and lap swimming in a safe, comfortable swimming environment. Our new state-of-the-art, sparkling clear, heated pool is waiting for you to enjoy its many benefits. Reservations are required to use the pool.
LAP & OPEN SWIM
Reservations are no longer required for swimmers interested in lap or open swim times. Lap swimming is great for cardiovascular fitness, endurance and stroke technique. Open swim is great for recreational swimming, or just enjoying the pool with your children, family or friends! Use of the pool for lap swimming or open swimming is free for members. We also offer male-only and female-only swim times.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
Private lessons are available for all ages from 3 years to adult. Students are taught water safety, aquatic independence and stroke development. Lessons are taught by Red Cross Certified Lifeguards. Only private lessons are offered. *Please note: due to the demand, there is a wait list for swim lessons.
WATER EXERCISE CLASSES
AQUA BOARDING
Aqua Boarding the morning with Jo! Get a full-body workout, build strength, confidence, and endurance with yoga, exercises, stretches, and balancing.
FLOATFIT
FloatFit classes are 30 minutes – all on water!
These low impact classes give a fun full body workout, with a mixture of high intensity and yoga-inspired classes to suit all abilities.
ARTHRITIC WATER EXERCISE
A low intensity class designed for increasing flexibility, range of motion, balance and strength benefitting those with arthritis. Shallow water exercises only. Led by a Certified Arthritis Water Exercise instructor.
AQUA ZUMBA
A high intensity class that blends Zumba dance with resistance equipment in the water. Shallow and deep water exercises are used. Be prepared to get wet!
