Group Exercise Classes, Pool, and Gymnasium Schedule

CLASS DESCRIPTION
20-20-20:  20min. aerobics & cardio mixes/20min. weight training/20min. of spinning
ADVANCE SR. YOGA:  Similar to senior chair yoga uses 2 chairs to simulate being on the floor
AEROBATONE:  Toning and aerobics, floor work and weights
BARRE YOGA:  Yoga poses and moving yoga, chair, and weights are used
BOOT CAMP: High intensity/high impact exercises
CARDIO CHOICE:  Different exercises that will work your heart that also includes weights and bands.
CARDIO MIX:  Dancing, strength training, weights, bands & balls
DANCERCISE KIDS/ADULTS:  High energy aerobics, toning, and dance, some high impact.
FUSION:  A mix of all different exercise classes, step/Zumba/weights/cycle, etc.
PILATES:  Core strengthening exercises on the floor
POUND:  High energy workout with drum sticks
PUNK ROPE:  High intensity/high impact exercise/jumping rope & more, similar to Boot Camp
SENIOR YOGA:  Beginner yoga poses using a chair/sitting and standing pose. Floor mats are not needed.
SILVER & FIT:  Senior exercise-cardio & weights
SILVER SNEAKERS:  Low and slow aerobics class for all ages, cardio & strength training
YOGA:  Floor and standing yoga poses using mats
ZUMBA GOLD:  Low impact dance exercise for seniors. Latin & other dance moves choreographed to assorted Latin and today’s hits
