You don’t have to be Jewish to be a JCC Member. I wish I had realized that sooner! I recently joined and immediately felt welcome. The JCC staff as well as the other members I’ve met are incredibly friendly and go above any beyond. The facilities are practically new and extremely clean. Makes getting to gym that much easier!

I joined the Scranton JCC as a Health Club member because the JCC is more than a gym. Having the complimentary towel service saves me the trouble of bringing my own towels in and out every day, never mind washing them. The health club locker room is clean and it’s an added bonus that there is a comfortable lounge with cable TV. The fitness center has everything I need and there are so many different group exercise classes to take. The cherry on top is that when I’m done working out, I can take a swim, sauna, steam or whirlpool.

What I love the best about the JCC is that even when the fitness center is busy, there’s still elbow room. Never having to wait for the machine I want to use is a huge plus.
